Bondi Junction Local Markets weekly menu

Are you too busy to cook but enjoy the great taste of fresh seasonal home cooked meals?
Unleash the gourmand in you and let Gourmand du Morgan take care of your main meal or lunch.

Each Thursday Gourmand du Morgan will have a stall at the Bondi Junction Local Markets where there will be a selection of delicious healthy home cooked meals - a choice of salads, a casserole and lovely frittatas or pies

As with everthing that Gourmand du Morgan produces all the meals are hand made from scratch: stocks, spice blends and sauces using only the freshest ingredients sourced from the local markets. There are no added preservatives and no nasties.

The menu for Market Day 28th October, 2010 is:

Menu

Slow cooked middle eastern lamb with cous cous

Risoni with sun dried tomato, olives and chorizo

 Pear and raw beetroot salad with mint and fetta

Gluten free vegetable lasagne
